Bike set up

Controls are set up in order to be operated by one hand. The prosthetic side brake and shifter are flipped upside down and moved to the opposite side. Each brake lever is operated by one finger (1). A cord is attached to the rider's glove and runs across the handle bar to the opposing side where it is looped around the disconnect mechanism of The Arm (2). If the rider wishes to dismount from the bike,  The Hand is disconnected when s(he) pulls the gloved hand with the cord attached away from the bike (3). Each rider sets the length of the cord according to their own needs.
